Rubber Gasket for Tube Installation of Flash Light

A rubber gasket designed for the installation of flash lights, making the process easier and ensuring a tight seal between the lamp and the tube. This gasket is specifically tailored for tubes with a 63mm/2.5-inch diameter but can possibly be used for slightly varying tube sizes.

The following flash lights are compatible with the rubber gasket:

• Nexus bendable warning light
• Warning strobe light with 6 LED (ECE R65/R10)
• Ledson 6-LED Flash Light

The hole distance between the two screw holes is 104mm but can be extended to 110mm by removing the recess adjacent to the holes. This modification is necessary because the pre-drilled holes are suitable for Ledson 6-LED flash lights and Nexus bendable warning light, while the Warning strobe light with 6 LED (ECE R65/R10) has a slightly larger hole distance, requiring an adjustment of the gasket.

The cable passage hole is centered for the installation of Warning strobe light with 6 LED (ECE R65/R10) and Ledson 6-LED flash lights. However, a groove in the rubber needs to be cut to adapt the gasket for the Nexus bendable warning light, as the cable does not exit from the center on the back of it.
