Equipment for dealing with broken bulb warnings

Tools for dealing with CANBUS

In some modern cars there are systems that monitors the bulbs in your car.  The car will know when a bulb is broken by a decreased power consumption. Unfortunately, when replacing the original incandescent lamp with a LED-bulb, there will be a decreased power consumption since LEDs are so power effecient. Thus, the car will think that the light is broken while it actually still works. One way to solve this problem is by adding extra resistance, so the power consumption increases, "fooling" the car to think that the original incandescent lamp is working again.
